World reset

I was playing minecraft and I died then my computer restarted and the game crashed. When I went back in I was being killed by suffocation through a wall. When I respawned I respawned in a random place with the game message saying something happened to my bed or it was inhibited. When I went back to my base there were these random chunks of land all over the place and my house got completely split apart with a gaping hole in the middle. My animals are all falling in hole and getting trapped along with my character. My character is currently trapped in water about 20 blocks down. I tried to restart the game multiple times and this is what reloads. Not sure what happened, can this be fixed?
