I was wandering through a swamp when I found a witch hut with a black cat (my favorite kind), so I made a fishing rod and tried to fish in a 1 block deep area. Every time a fish would would bite, I would right click to reel it in but nothing would happen. I tried it again and spammed right click but I couldn't reel the line in for the duration the fish was on the line. It used up no durability and gives you no fish or xp.
