I cast the line as usual, but whenever I tried to reel it back in once it had been pulled down into the water, it wouldn't let me no matter how many times I tried. After the bite had gone, it'd let me reel it back.

What I expected to happen was...:
Normal things. I reel it back and get something for it.

What actually happened was...:
Described above.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load MC Snapshot 20w18a.
2. Fish.
3. Become confused as it doesn't work.
