What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing I wanted to make potions and I forgot to fill them up with water so I took them out

What actually happened was...:
I put three empty bottles in a brewing stand and took them out and got the Local Brewery achievement.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a bottle from glass, take from creative, or in my case, I just found it.
2. Put them in an brewing stand.
3. Take them back out empty as they are.
4. Get achievement
