The placement of string seems to be bugged out. There seems to be connection issues when trying to connect wires in different situations to each other.
There seems to be more then one kind of trap wire, floating trap wire and placed trapwire. These two will not connect to other types of wire and only to themselves. The same seems to be the case for tripwire hooks, but even stranger conditions can change the connectivity for them, such as direction and random updates.

The placement makes it hard to place tripwire and creates numerous problems with it.
