I use macOS Sierra, she uses macOS Catalina. We both are playing Java edition and are currently playing 1.15.2. I have tried to check both of our security settings and I think it's good but it would be great to see a quick run-through on what I should check. We are both using the same wifi and have been playing regular (not optifine/forge etc) Minecraft.I use macOS Sierra, she uses macOS Catalina. My sister and I just converted from playing MCPE to java on our macs. I play on a Mac while my sister plays on her MacBook.
The main issue is that whenever I create a game and open to LAN, she can't seem to find me in multiplayer. However, whenever SHE makes a game and turns on a LAN connection, I can see her.
I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to computer stuff, and I would really love some help so I can download maps and let my sister play with me on them
