since covid-19 my nephew and i are having a hard time getting online together to play..  its direct connection issues.

both windows 10 

both internet  is set to privacy

both type in our  ip addressed into  direct   connect button in multiplayer

both added each other to the  .. add server button in multiplayer

we both turn off our firewall and antivirus   

keeps saying  cant connect to server  

keeps saying . failed to connect to the server  .......io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedCennectException:connection timed out : no further information.

we google and youtube. we cant find what we are missing to fix the problem.
