Coral fans (dead or alive) are not able to be placed on honey blocks while they are able to be placed on slime blocks. This is inconsistent as slime and honey blocks are meant to have similar properties and in ways act in tandem with each other. Coral fans should be able to placed on both slime and honey blocks. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Obtain a honey block

• Obtain a dead or alive coral fan
• Place down the honey block (works in any dimensions)
• Attempt to place the coral fan on the previously placed honey block. You will notice that nothing will happen. Follow the same steps again but with a slime block and you'll notice that this time, you will have successfully placed down the coral fan.
