What I expected to happen was...:
The tools in the inventory and hand remain the same.

What actually happened was...:
Randomly changed invisible or white boxes in certain areas of the map.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a wooden tool, like a pick or sword in survival, with structures, normal level, and no specific seed
2. hold in hand
3. walk around
4. eventually, it will start to bug out
(warning, might need to leave area where you started and travel in new areas
