      Description

      The bug

      The player shows an arm animation when trying to place an item into a Fixed:1b item frame, even though the tag disabled this.

      How to reproduce

      1. /summon item_frame ~ ~ ~ {Fixed:1b}
      2. Right click it with an item
        The player swings the arm even though they cannot place the item
