What I expected to happen was...:
Enderman picked up a grass block with snow on top, Expected it to be placed back down as a regular grass block (no snow on top and coloured green).

What actually happened was...:
When the grass block was placed back down the block no longer had the snow on top, however the sides were still coloured white as if there was snow on top. As well the top of the block had the regular grass texture, but instead of being colored green it was white.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into a biome with grass covered with snow (This bug may happen in any biome so long as there is snow, but it happened for me in a snow tundra)
2. Get an enderman to pick up a grass block that has snow on top.
3. Wait for the enderman to put the block back down (you can see the bugged block in its hands as well)
