To do this, you need a server that occasionally says it cant keep up.
Once you can get this error, try typing a command.
If the error appears midtyping, you will have the text over your error.
/tp @a 100000002013-06-02 11:27:41 [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? 100 1000000
You can easily tell this is a bug.
Normaly, it would do this for the error:
2013-06-02 11:29:45 [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is t he server overloaded?
And it could make the command on a new line (bukkit does this)
