Simply, all you need to do, is: teleport yourself 1 block into the ground, have effect blindness, weakness, mining fatigue, slowness and levitation all on level 255. Then, you need to work on this in the day. Cuz zombies burn in the day. When you spawn a zombie somewhere close to you (NOT IN GROUND!) then, you let the zombie hit you. You will bounce to the air.
