I'm getting huge amounts of server lag in my singleplayer village, and it's at its worst when night comes around and the villagers all start scrambling to go home. I used the /debug command when it started getting pretty bad, but I'm not sure what other information you might need for this, so please tell me and I'll give you what I can.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but this isn't an untouched village. I've built plenty of new buildings, and there is a lot of villagers running around. Despite this however, I didn't get the singleplayer server lag in 1.14. It only started occurring once I upgraded to 1.15+.

Examples of negative affects as a result: Mobs start stuttering and keep jumping forward, the sun is constantly jerking backwards, eating a single piece of food takes several seconds. Block breaking itself is **mostly unaffected, but the camera occasionally stutters when breaking blocks, and picking up dropped items takes longer than it should.
