Button highlight returns when using the programmer art resource pack, but text doesn't turn yellow

      With the programmer art resource pack, the button highlight returns to the old days, when the buttons turned blue when hovering over them. But in the old days, text also turned yellow when hovering over the buttons, which has been removed with the new button highlight. This bug affects all versions since 1.15 Pre-Release 2, because in pre-release 1 the new button highlight DID make the text yellow, and so did the programmer art resource pack with the old button highlight.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Enable the programmer art resource pack.
      2. Hover over a button.

      What I expected to happen was:

      The button would turn blue and the text would turn yellow.

      What actually happened was:

      The button turned blue and the text remained unchanged.
