basically, when you right-click somebody else's tamed animal (from what i've tested, it seems to only affect wolves) it will stand, even if you were not the one to tame it. (I discovered this on a realm). not much other detail i can really provide. if the owner player is far enough, it will teleport to them. This behaves the same for everybody
