I have looked everywhere on the bug report to see if this is a common bug or if there is a way to fix it. But I'm not seeing anything anywhere.

This happened while playing on a server. I've never seen it happen on any of the versions before 1.15.1. But it's weird. The rain clips through the leaf blocks as if I'm shaking the tree while chopping the wood. When this happens sometimes I freeze for a split second. I thought maybe it has something to do with the server but I am able to recreate it in single player.

How to recreate; Dark Oak Tree grown with saplings and bone meal. Enchanted Axe with Efficiency V, Sharpness V, and Unbreaking. Weather is raining. Chop out the bottom half of the tree, then look up as you are chopping out the rest. As you are doing this part does the rain clipping happen.

I also don't know if it's because my computer is rather poor that I freeze when this happens. That's the only part I'm not too sure and have no way to test.

I would also like to include that I don't run any mods at all while playing Minecraft. At this moment in time I don't even have Optifine running yet as there is no version for 1.15.1 yet. I do have texture packs on that change the glass/stained glass to boarderless blocks, rainbow exp bar, and the poppy back into a rose. Other wise that's it. It happens no matter what. With the texture packs turned off, it still clips through the blocks.
