The Bug:
Blocks are occasionally rendered too dark upon being instantly mined.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon a large area of sand and give yourself a diamond shovel enchanted with efficiency by using the commands provided below.
/fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~10 ~4 ~10 minecraft:sand
/give @s minecraft:diamond_shovel[enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:efficiency":5}}]
- Switch into survival mode and mine several blocks of sand using your shovel.
- Look closely at the sand blocks as they're mined.
- Take note as to whether or not blocks are occasionally rendered too dark upon being instantly mined.
Observed Behavior:
Blocks are occasionally rendered too dark.
Expected Behavior:
Blocks would never be rendered too dark.
