Sometimes two villagers will share a workstation or go to anothers workstation. It's especially annoying if you want to have one farmer for every type of crop and they start farminf over each others fields, mixing everything up.

In the pic I have 4 fletchers (maybe 5, I saw an extra gray-badge fletcher roaming about) whereas I only have 3 fletching tables.

I also have 5 farmers where there are only supposed to be 4, and I used to have 4 fishermen where before there were only 3, and there are only 3 barrels in my village.
