In single-player creative mode, grab any sword. Attack a block, and you freeze for a second, I used an auto clicker from here. If you constantly attack a block, you completely freeze. You can move, but are teleported back almost instantly. Auto clicking a block at a high place results in a continued build of momentum. Can't provide footage, files are too big and pictures would not show the glitch in action.
