I had a redstone-toggled spawner in my map to spawn horses in 13w19a and when I went to 13w21a, my game crashed.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a redstone-toggled spawner on a geared horse in 13w19a
      2. Switch to 13w21a and POOF! My game crashes!
