As the title suggests, zombie villagers have a strange purple tint to them when they wear enchanted armor. I believe, that the purple-ness of the enchantment glint is applied to the texture rather than just the armor. I have tested this with the 1.14 default textures, The Programmer art pack, and also one of my own creation separately, so I believe that this isn't a texture pack related issue.
