What I expected to happen was...:
That the items are transported in the dispenser.

What actually happened was...:
The hopperminecart does not want to transport the items to the dispenser.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a dispenser.
2. place a rail on top of it.
3. place blocks on each side where the rail ends.
4. place the hopperminecart on the rail.
5. put something in the hopperminecart and look what it does.
