When mining large areas of blocks, especially Netherrack, sometimes there is an invisible obstruction left behind. When walking in an place with this invisible obstruction I start stuttering and need to back off.

It seems to effect blocks that are mined too fast, for example Netherrack or stone that's mined with Efficiency V and Haste II on a Diamond pickaxe.

Either placing a block inside the obstruction or going back to the main menu with the "Save and Quit" function and reloading the world makes the block appear again.

What I expected to happen was...:
After mining the block, it should be gone for good.

      What actually happened was...:
The block was not visible anymore and acted like it's not mined, even though it's not visible any more.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Mining large chunks of easily breakable block with a highly enchanted pickaxe.
      2. When noticing an invisible obstruction follow previously mentioned steps to make the block visible again.

small note: I also noticed that I sometimes suffer from a small lag that replaces the last two or three blocks I mined and moves me back to the position I had when starting to mine those certain blocks. I have a decent amount of memory allocated to the game, so it shouldn't be just my computer.

I'm not sure if it's related or a stand alone bug which is why I'm only mentioning it as a side note.
