I have an automated wheat, potato and carrot farm build where hoppers steal the food thrown to other villagers by the farmers. Potato and carrots work just fine, but with the wheat farm, the farmer picks the wheat up replants it but at time 9000 where he is supposed to meet the other villager at the bell he gos there but doesn't throw anything, this goes on until he fills up his 8 slots of inventory with wheat, seeds and the he harvests without even picking the wheat up anymore cause of full inventory.

It seems like is can't craft bread no more, because when he is given bread manually he will throw it to other villagers

tested in Singleplayer, mutliplayer and on a realm always the same results JAVA EDITION. 

it worked in previous versions 1.14.2 and 1.14.3
