Ran into a bug which happens when mining blocks with Efficiency V and Haste II from a beacon where a block that was meant to be broken is invisible and glitches out the player when they come into contact with the invisible block.

this happens when mining at the fastest speed it can and it can happen when mining in any direction. when the block glitches it is invisible and cannot be broken but when walking into it is like walking into a block except it pushes the character around and the player can temporarily get stuck on it. Sometimes the character can get stuck inside the block and cant get out. entities like items on the glitched block will pass through it but then rubber-band back on top.

quitting to the main menu and entering your world temporarily fixes the issue with all current glitched blocks reloading and they can be broken. I have seen one of the blocks reload without quitting after trying to continue mining but it took a while and does not seem to consistently happen with the other blocks.

To replicate the glitch get a diamond tool with Efficiency V and has the effect Haste II and go mine out a large area.

Haven't run into the issue with a lower Efficiency enchantment or a lower Haste effect
