This happens on a vanilla server. The hopper is on top of a 0 tick cactus farm. When I leave the area with the 0 tick farm on, when I come back the hopper minecart is gone. This only happens when I leave by slowly unloading chunks, not through leaving the server or going into the nether. The entire 0 tick farm is inside one chunk.
