Expected to happen:
Players with the bad omen effect and within a village in the Over World (since that is the natural generation) can trigger a pillager raid.

What Actually Happens:
Players with the bad omen effect and within a village in the End dimension can also trigger a raid on the endstone island. Thus this is causing pillagers to fall into the portal/to world spawn. Even though this does not happen in the nether.

This pretty much messes up ALL smp servers that base the townhall about an end portal.

Raids should ONLY occur in the overworld.
