Maps will duplicate when hotkey'd from a cartography table into the inventory

What I expected to happen was...:
With 1 used map, and 1 empty map in a cartography table, it showed up with the 2 maps, it should have placed 2 maps in my inventory and both the used, and empty map gone from my inventory.

What actually happened was...:
With 1 used map, and 1 empty map in a cartography table, it showed up with 2 maps, but when I used a hotkey to move the 2 maps from the result, it went into my inventory and the empty map and the original map were still in the cartography table. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a cartography table, 1 empty map, and one used map.
2. Place the two maps into the cartography table like if you were going to duplicate it normally.
3. Use a hotkey to move a map into an empty slot in your hotbar.
