When i ride on my horse and dismount, either willingly or forced (in water), there's like a 60% chance my horse disappears (can't see him, can't click on him, can't ride him) until i relog.

It's very annoying since there's quite a lot of rivers, when exploring i have to relog like 20 times in 30 minutes.

I'm not sure if it is just minecraft realms problem or not, but it happens regularly for 3 days straight. (since the day 1)
