      When you click ONCE to open any option on the Menu that would leave your cursor on top of a slide-bar adjustment, it makes an extra click sound bit that shouldn't happen. That confuses wether you accidentally double-clicked and changed an adjustment or not. But I checked, it doesn't change anything, it's just the sound bit that's played. For example, if you go to Menu > Options > Music & Sounds ---> the cursor usually lands on top of the Blocks slide-bar and it reproduces this sound error. I searched and didn't find this issue, and I'm hoping this will help others too since I don't know how long it's been happening for
