I've been using dozens of snow golems to fight hostile mobs around my home, which is mostly on a mountain biome, but borders a stone shore biome. The bottom-most level which the snow golems have access to is 94 blocks high, but still has snowfall when the weather switches to "rain". The upper-most level the snow golems have access to is 143 blocks high. The weather constantly switches to "rain", and it snows. The snowfall kills all of my snow golems if they are outside and exposed, regardless of it being snow and not rain. I know rain and water will kill snow golems, but again, it's the snow which is killing them.

What I expected to happen was...:
The snow should not be killing snow golems in the mountain biome. This doesn't happen in a nearby tundra biome which frequently gets snowfall.

      What actually happened was...:
The snow kills the snow golems.

It's on a realms server, if needed I can figure out how to provide a seed and the coordinates. I was unable to find screenshots of it on my mac.
