I mount a horse, then I explore the world, time passes and when I dismount the horse, it disappears for an unknown reason. I have to save and quit the world, then rejoin to see my horse again and interact with it. (When the horse disappears, it makes sounds, but I can't see and mount the horse)

Usually horses disappear when I fall in water and I dismount it or my character dismounts it because it's falling in water.

It also happens when I can't go through some leaves and I have to dismount.

The other times it happens, my horse disappears randomly without a reason.
