I still have the same problem as before. (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-156279)
I was told to try the latest snapshot, I did that and I still had the problem, the bugs happend from one day to another. No hardware changes, no software changes, though I don't know about Minecraft update. After some testing I found out it is Biome Blend that is bugged. I have always been able to play with 15x15 without any trouble. But now the huge lag spike has started happening.

Old issue was marked as closes, then reopened but no one ever answered again.
