i dont know if this is an 1.14 issue or if its just an issue with the convert of a world to 1.12.2.

So what i did: i have a minecraft server that runs on 1.12.2, while i was doing some stuff with the settings of it i accidentally made my server to a 1.14 server. now, i have reconverted it to 1.12.2(dont ask me how) and this happened.

So in the pictures below you can see that a rail with a minecart on it from a nearby mineshaft has spawned on top of a piece of grass. i think this is not supposed to be like this.
