I hit enderman and he teleported to center of my platform, and he was stuck on lamp, and was ignoring slabs. He teleported near by on a wood block, and also, he was blocked by dark oak slabs (the slabs were with water below). But this happened once, and bug doesn't showing up in end dimension. But some days ago on the same world and version wither skeletons have other issue like this. They were stuck by netherbrick stairs.
