It's random happen and this happen to me twice after I updated to 1.14.3

When game go to freeze as you can see in video. First time I though it was just lag but there was nothing after I waited and after I quit from game I will stucked in "saving world" screen.

So I use Task Manager to close game, launcher said sorry for game crash but there is not any crash log. When come back to the game I get lasted normally save earlier instead.

I'll use "Open output log when game start" to find out what acutally happen.
