Farmer villager is not farming, even with a bed and job site block (composter).

The villager just walks around and ignores all the crops, which are fully grown (the villager is not harvesting or planting)

Villager is encased in a 9x9 platform of farmland with water in the center block. 4x3 room connected to the farm contains bed and composter that the villager can access.

The villager also seems to be picking up and infinite amount of wheat seeds.
