Block states
1. Place a command block
2. Turn Conditional state (ON)
3. Set it into Chain + Always Active state (Just to prove later)
4. Use CTRL + Scroll button to pick it up along with NBT
5. Place the picked up Command Block
6. Chain & Always Active state are saved and transferred, but the Conditional state went back to Unconditional
