Major screen tearing in 1.14.3

      Core i7-4850HQ, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GT 750M, screen is 60Hz

      Minecraft 1.14.3 specific (did not occur on Minecraft 1.14.2)

      Problem with screen tearing that is Minecraft 1.14.3 specific.

      In the video, V-Sync is ON and capped to 60fps

      This problem does not occur on any other versions of Minecraft that I have tested (1.14.2, 1.14, 1.13)

       

      Tried multiple different graphic options. Tried V-Sync ON and OFF, set maximum frame rate to Unlimited, 60 and 30. No options seem to get rid of the screen tearing. 

       

      Hoping for a fix soon. Giving me massive headaches due to the screen being out of sync.
