It appears that some stairs load incorrectly and do not connect properly (see image). This may be hardware problem, but after recreating and reloading the world, I believe this is an issue with the coding. It is not a game-breaking problem, but is annoying. I did not teleport to the location; I flew there.
Other stairs, however, do load correctly and connect as they should. (See second image)
