I've been searching all morning, there is another thread like this that was unresolved but marked resolved, the mods linked them to a completely different problem.

Me and my brother have been trying to join each others world. Both with the same results direct connecting(It wouldn't even show up on our server lists)

io.netty.channel.abstractChannel$AnnotatedSocketException: Network is unreachable: no further information

I tried the ping test:

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 4ms, Maximum = 14ms, Average = 7ms

That's my PC to his

His had similar results.

Now we recently moved houses and got AT&T Fiber Optic, we could play fine in our old house but only if we went and disabled "Private Networks" and "Guest or Public Networks" on both of our PCs on the Windows Firewall screen but now even that won't work.

We are on the same Network, We both use USB WiFi antennas, We both are on the same vanilla version. I checked the Java program in "Allow and app through windows firewall" and both of ours are checked on Private and Public. I have no problem whatsoever connecting to servers like Hypixel and Hive. I'll add anything that I've done if I remember it.
