If the inventory is full in the creative, it will still be possible to pick up items from the floor

What I expected to happen was...:
Not being able to pick up items from the floor until you removed an item from the inventory

What actually happened was...:
The player picks up the item even with the full inventory without having this item or with a full pack

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill your inventory
2. Throw an item on the floor or look for an item that was thrown
