Multiple Raids spawning while there's one ongoing. 

What I expected to happen was...:
A group of Raiders getting killled, giving me the debuff "Bad Omen", and then a single Raid spawning.

What actually happened was...:
After the "Bad Omen" debuff activating, a Raid had spawned, but then after one of the waves was cleared, it gave me the "Bad Omen" debuff again, causing the next wave spawn another Raid when killed. This kept happening until seven Raids spawned and turned my base unoperable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I've cured a Zombie-Villager near my base.
2. Coincidentally (or not), some Pillagers came after us.
3. We killed them, then a Raid spawned.
