Whenever dismounting, either intentionally or unintentionally, my horse decides to turn invisible, and without particle effects. A simple exit of the world and reopening the world fixes the horse.
After long journeys (half a day maybe), when forced to dismount in 3 block deep water, I sometimes notice the horse just phasing through the floor, but after a reload its back where it was right before the disappearance happened and no damage was done to it.
The screenshots below are seconds apart, as I triggered the glitch, F2ed, exited and reloaded the world, and F2ed.
I have not been able to record the glitch, as it is a pain to record something that happens randomly.
