Upgraded server from 1.14.2 to 1.14.3-pre1 and began mining. Nothing drops from mined blocks of any type – it's as if the world is in creative but you still have to mine the blocks to get them to break. This only happens on my server, single-player is fine.

Render distance is set to 12 on both Server and client.
