When unmounting horses and boats (not sure about other entities) they will occasionally go invisible. They cannot be interacted with except for being killed/destroyed, and still create sounds and particles. When placing the boat back down after destroying it when it is invisible, it will remain invisible until a new boat is made, or the world is reloaded (reloading also fixes horses).
