One, I've gotten stuck in a door, but I can't recreate it.  I couldn't jump, or move, whenever I tried to it teleported me in the same place and I couldn't even turn my head.  When I tried to break the door it just opened so I couldn't break it. (It was shut because it makes my head move in the same direction after a few ticks, meaning I could turn very quickly and shut the door.)
