I would like to have a server with at least 10 ticks behind.
I expected to have a server as well run as in 1.13.
What happened is I received terrible lag.

This bug is related to 1.14.1. I use server.pro to host servers for my friends and they have been relatively lag free up until we created a world for 1.14.1. (We never made one for 1.14) This issue is mainly when someone is loading new chunks. We have a survival world so people aren't loading chunks very quickly. The issue is horrible game breaking lag that does not allow you to play. We have seen a maximum of 700 ticks behind. It mainly occurs whenever someone is loading chunks but It especially occurs whenever someone is using a boat or a horse to load chunks and in the console it says boat/horse moved wrongly and the server usually crashes whenever this happens. It can also say boat/horse moved too fast and then crash. My server has 4 GB for Memory, 20 Gb for disk, and similarly high CPU so that is not the issue. Also at the peak of our lag, the CPU, Memory, and Disk never went above 50%. We have no plugins, no mods, no resource packs applied (No optifine), and the maximum render distance is 8. Like I stated, this lag only started to pop up at 1.14.1 and likely 1.14. I have seen others with similar problems, but I have not seen someone with exactly my current predicament on this site. For summary, the lag mainly occurs whilst people are loading new chunks but it is always in affect While people are loading chunks it averages out at 400 ticks behind and with boats/horses the server usually crashes. When people are not loading chunks it averages at 100 ticks behind. I truly hope all lag can be eradicated and well wishes to all of you. (I am sorry if I did anything wrong in this report I just wanted to give you all the details). To reproduce, simply create a server in 1.14.1 with the requirements I bolded and try to load chunks with a horse/boat. If you do not experience what I stated, attempt to have more than one player during this process. If you still do not expierience the issue, inform me and I will attempt to solve the problem on my own knowing it is not 1.14.1 that is the issue.
