TL;DR this bug is actually a duplicate of MC-152824, https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-152824 and is actually from opening a door while touching it. that bug poster re-created the bug and showed images. please solve this bug.

My bug is my character & camera freezing into a specific place and snapping back after a brief period of time.
I should have killed the zombie, then moved down the slab and picked up the experience and continued in survival mode

bug occurred while attacking a mob while standing on slab. time could pass in game, and a traveling trader was heard moving & drinking milk & potions. I could not interact with any blocks and when i tried to place blocks, they would reduce in number from my inventory, but would not persist in the world after a less than a second. once the blocks ran out in my inventory, they would disappear in the bar, but could still be dropped to reset the amount of blocks shown

I have not been able to reproduce this bug after a half hour of trying with various hostile mobs & gamemodes

this bug has my survival held hostage until this bug has been fixed, and i did not back up when i started the 1.14.2 pre-release 4 for the first time
